Do you have flashes of inspiration, ideas, a “feeling” that you are to change or
“do something” but continue to ignore, discount, or are confused on how to
proceed? Have you seen your great ideas come to fruition through other people
and watched them enjoy the benefits while you wonder why or how you missed the
boat? Do you say, “would have, should have, could have”?! Can you look
back in your life and see where you “knew” to go a different way, but fear
prevented you? Do you know how to distinguish the voice of your ego, inherited
beliefs and fears versus the voice of your own soul?
Join Audrey Vitolins, MSW, inspirational speaker and intuitive guide for a
two-part workshop as we explore how to identify, develop and expand your
intuition to create lasting change in your personal and professional life.
This six hour workshop will cover myths and concerns about using intuition,
explore blocks that prevent us from achieving our true potential, and explain
how to expand our natural intuitive ability. This unique two - part design
allows participants to work with the concepts at home then meet back to process
questions, build more skills, and to share successes! Come prepared to play!

Lama Christie McNally, this talk will explore an exciting new way to look at how
we can apply all of the principles of the Yoga Sutras to every major aspect of
our lives: to enjoy healthier and stronger bodies; to enjoy success in our
business life; and finally to meet, keep and be happy with our partner. This
is a journey into the specific principles that will make your yoga really work
for you.

Reiki is a
Universal Life Energy, used to heal body, mind,
soul and spirit. It was rediscovered in
Japan during the mid 19th century by Mikao Usui.
Later Chujiro Hayashi developed the system used
today to pass on this energy to his students.
Hawayo Takata, an Hawaiian born Japanese woman,
brought this system to America.
Today it is used
in private settings and health care systems.
Relatively easy to learn, but profound in its
ability to heal, has made it a world wide
phenomenon.
"Reiki means
Universal Life Energy, and we are all composed
of this energy. Everyone can use this
energy for healing -- and I can teach you how!"
Reiki - Hawayo Takata's Story by Helen J.
Haberly
Thanks to Hawayo
Takata, I also can teach you how to use Reiki.
